The R38 brings proven R46 internal architecture into an oversized chassis built for serious abuse. Where other shocks in this class fade, leak and fail, this one is engineered to keep charging.

Two Stage Compression gives you independent high speed and low speed adjustment, with tool free low speed and rebound clickers so you can change your setting between runs with your fingers.

Two spring options. Listed weights are rider weight without riding gear, with 15 lbs of gear already factored into the ranges.

🚨 CRITICAL — LINKAGE REQUIRED, SOLD SEPARATELY

❌ The stock E-Ride Pro linkage WILL NOT WORK with the R38 shock.

🔧 Sirris worked with Prickly to develop an R38 specific linkage which is required to fit this shock. It raises the rear of the bike by 25 mm to accommodate the 289 x 78 mm R38.

📐 To keep the bike balanced, the CMX fork drop clamp can be added to raise the front by an equivalent 25 mm.

💬 Message us before ordering and we will make sure you have the linkage and everything else you need. Ordering this shock without the correct linkage means you cannot fit it.

🚫 Once your build has entered production, the order is non cancellable and non refundable due to the bespoke spring rate, valving and labour involved.

Full tracking is issued the moment your shock leaves us. Once the parcel is with the courier, transit times are outside of our control and occasional courier delays can happen, particularly on international shipments.
