WGTracing – Returns, Shipping & Terms
Returns Policy
We offer a 14-day returns window from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
- Items must be in resellable condition
We do not accept returns for:
- Installed or used products
- Damaged items caused by improper use or installation
- Custom or made-to-order items
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
Custom & Bespoke Orders
Custom-built or specially requested items (including tuned suspension, wheel builds, and made-to-order parts) are non-refundable.
Where a deposit is taken:
- Deposits are non-refundable
- This covers labour, sourcing, and materials already committed
By placing a custom order, you agree to these terms.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been:
- Processed
- Built
- Shipped
It cannot be cancelled.
Shipping Policy
Estimated delivery times:
- UK: 1–6 business days
- International: 5–16 business days
Please note:
- Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees
- Delays may occur due to couriers or customs
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive:
- You must notify us within 14 days of expected delivery
We will:
- Open an investigation with the courier
- Work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible
Claims outside this window may not be accepted.
International Orders (Customs & Duties)
For international orders:
- Import duties, taxes, and fees may apply unless agreed otherwise
- These charges are the responsibility of the customer
Where DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) is agreed:
- All duties and taxes will be covered by WGTracing
Liability & Responsibility
WGTracing is not responsible for:
- Incorrect installation
- Damage caused by misuse
- Compatibility issues if the customer has not confirmed fitment prior to purchase
We strongly recommend professional installation for all performance parts.
